How Long Before I Receive My Items?

Lead times vary based on the type of equipment.

Refurbished items typically arrive within 3-5 weeks of the order date.

Smaller items that do not require refurbishment will typically arrive within a week.

New items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Lead and transit times are based on each manufacturer’s production and shipping schedules.

Will You Buy My Old Equipment?

We are always looking for pre-owned / used equipment to purchase.

In order for us to properly evaluate your items, please send pictures and a detailed description of the items you wish to sell to [email protected]

If interested, we will contact you within 72 hours with an offer.

 

What is Your Return Policy?

Unless an item is damaged or inaccurately described, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to returned pre-owned or refurbished items.

All new items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.

How will my items be shipped?

Large pre-owned or refurbished items will be shipped via freight.

All freight charges are for door-to-door delivery only. “White Glove” (inside delivery and debris removal) can be requested for an additional fee.  If you do not specifically request white glove service, we will ask the freight company to call and inform you of the expected arrival. You will be responsible for providing help at the time of delivery to bring the chair package inside your office (we recommend at least two people).

We can personally deliver and set up in some areas.

Do You Warranty Your Equipment?

Unless otherwise stated, all pre-owned and refurbished items come with a 3, 6, or 12-month warranty. All warranties are 3 months of parts and labor, with the remainder of the period covering parts only.

All new items include manufacturer’s warranties.
